  • If there is a pricing or listing error (including typographical mistakes), we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
  • Some items may be offered as special order / out of stock. Any lead time (for example, 2–3 weeks) is an estimate and may change due to suppliers or freight.

4. Online orders & payment

This website offers online purchases for retail products only. Boats, servicing, and other in-store items are handled separately and are not sold through this online checkout.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order (including where a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or fraud is suspected). A contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

We ship Australia-wide only. We also offer pickup where available at checkout.

  • Carriers: Border Express and Australia Post (carrier may vary by location, size, and weight).
  • Delivery timeframes: are estimates provided by carriers and can vary due to peak periods, weather, or delays outside our control.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required by the carrier.

6. Returns, refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Change-of-mind returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect items: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • If you believe an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant.
  • Special orders: If you request cancellation of a special order after it has been placed with suppliers, a restocking fee may apply.
